This is a list of supplies that each student must have at the beginning of the September, 2008 school year for grade 4.

(1) single subject spiral notebooks labeled for Spanish along with one folder

3 - pkgs. (200 ct.) wide lined loose leaf paper

color pencils (SHARPENED)

48 Crayola crayons

#2 pencils----lots----- (SHARPENED)

red correcting pens----lots

2 – Dry erase markers fine point (low or no odor)

pencil box or pouch----medium size only, needs to fit in desk

markers----wide or thin

ruler

scissors

small stapler

glue (bottle and stick)

Eraser

Pencil sharpener (hand held with a cover)

2 boxes of Kleenex, to be shared

Hand sanitizer (6-8oz.)

1 – roll paper towels

paint shirt

3 reams of white copy paper

1 two inch 3 ring binder

1 package of insertable dividers for 3 ring divider – at least 6 tabs

Up-to-date library card – free of fines

Prefer if brown paper bags are used to cover books.  No stretchy covers.

Lastly, a uniform assignment notebook, to be purchased for $4.00, the evening of the Open House or the first week of school.  As you are aware, an assignment notebook serves as a child to parent educational tool as well as a means to facilitate responsible and accountable completion of homework.

Put student’s name on every item prior to the beginning of school.
