If you are new to Immaculate Conception, you won’t want to miss the opportunity to join in the fun and spirit of Fun Fest…and if you have been involved in the past, you already know what a truly Great Time it is!
This years Fun Fest is scheduled for the weekend of August 8th, 9th and 10th, 2008.
On Friday August 8th, we kick things off with our 4th Annual Cribbage Tournament.
This event is always very successful and is attended by players of all ages!
Fun Fest includes great food, live entertainment, bingo, fabulous silent auction, raffles, and a few surprises.
There are already numerous committees at work on all aspects of Fun Fest and planning is well underway.
Last year’s Fun Fest 2007 was a HUGE success.
Countless committee members and volunteers worked diligently to put on an
extremely successful community event.
Sponsorship from companies, organizations and individuals totaled nearly $15,000.
These sponsorships pay for entertainment, food, tents, trailers, and other operating costs.
Those sponsors are listed below, along with the area they sponsored.
Please don’t miss the chance to thank them personally and/or patronize
their companies or services if given the opportunity.
The Silent Auction generated more than $17,000 from donated items, including baskets, certificates, services and dinners.
The Raffles and Pull-Tabs brought in another $20,000…after expenses; more than $50,000 was raised in support of our Parish!
During Fun Fest 2007, literally hundreds of men, women, youth, children and staff members
work extremely hard to guarantee a successful fundraiser for our parish and school.
