This is a list of supplies that each student must have at the beginning of the 2008-2009 school year for Kindergarten.

Please note which items should be labeled with permanent marker.

ü Scissors

|
ü Crayons (24 count only) label with permanent marker

ü 2 solid color two-pocket folders labeled as follows:

· Student’s name on front
|
|
· Left inside pocket labeled “Stays at Home”
|
|
· Right inside pocket labeled “Complete and Return”
|
|
ü Box of 12 sharpened #2 pencils
|
|
ü Box of sharpened color pencils (to share with classroom)
|
|
ü Tray of water color paints label with permanent marker
|
|
ü Box of washable markers (to share with classroom)
|
|
ü 4 glue sticks (Target brand does not work well)
|
|
Any donations of extra for the classroom would be greatly appreciated
|
|
ü 1 wide rule spiral bound 70 sheet notebook
|
|
ü 1 package of 3x5 index cards (white)
|
|
ü Paint shirt (old t-shirt of parent works well)
|
|
avoid adult long-sleeved shirts--sleeves are too long

ü Pencil box large enough to hold the supplies listed
|
|

ü Backpack large enough to hold folder and any other items to bring home

ü 3 reams of white copy paper

ü 1 canister of Clorox or Lysol wipes (no lotion) to share with the class

Used to clean desks, not for hands

ü A uniform plastic mat for rest time
