This is a list of the necessary supplies that each student must have at the beginning of the school year 2008-2009.
Third Grade
Backpack – not a sport bag (no bag with wheels -
lockers are shared - not enough room)
3 Boxes Kleenex to be shared
2 Rolls of paper towels to be shared
24 - #2 SHARPENED pencils
2 -Bic marking pens –only red, (no click pens)
Eraser – MAGIC RUB – (purchase at Office Max, Office Depot or Wal-Mart)
Scissors – No ruler
Target plain colored folders with pockets – 4 green, 2 blue, 2 red, and 2 purple
2 Target pocket folders ** – with 3 prongs inside – 2 yellow and red
2 small plastic school supply boxes (without handles) 8” x 5”
4 oz. White Elmer’s glue – not clear
2 UHU Stic glue sticks (Outside color is yellow and purple)
2 Classic 8 count Crayola markers (1 wide and 1 narrow)
Crayola crayons – 48 count only
24 count Crayola color pencils SHARPENED
Wide lined loose leaf paper – not college ruled
3 reams of white copy paper
A small bag for gym clothes
1 – container of antibacterial wet wipes–no lotion
(to be used to clean desks) NO HAND SANITIZER
1 cloth zippered pencil case 10 x 8 or 8-1/2 x 6
Please do not have them bring a Trapper Keeper or a three ring notebook.
Please label everything EXCEPT THE FOLDERS with your child’s name.
3rd grade does not use an assignment notebook.
