We would love to have you join our parish family. Please complete the Registration Form and either mail it to the Parish Office and drop it off during business hours, which are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. If you prefer, we can help you by sending someone to your home to assist you in filling out the application. Please call us at (763) 788-9062 if you have any questions. Our Welcoming Committee will be contacting you with information and a special invitation soon after your application has been processed.
